Tamara "Tammy" Lynn Wall Sparks Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

ADVANCE—Mrs. Tamara “Tammy” Lynn Wall Sparks, 60, of U.S. Hwy 64 E., passed away Thursday, July 9, 2021, at SECU Hospice Care Center of Yadkin. She was born on December 20, 1960, in Forsyth County, to the late Roy Alton and Iva Nell McDaniel Wall. Mrs. Sparks was a lifetime member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Mocksville and retired from Hanes Brands. She enjoyed making photo albums, working in flowers, being outdoors, and spending time with her grandchildren. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two infant siblings. Survivors include her husband of 42 years, James Sparks, of the home; two children, Daniel Sparks (Christy) and Christy Adams (Brian “B.J.”), all of Mocksville; a brother, Tim Wall (Sara); five grandchildren, Maleah Sparks, Lincoln Sparks, Lexy Medina, Hayden Adams, and Ashlynn Adams; and eight nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Monday, July 12, at Eaton Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Bob Summers officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery.
